For volunteers in Poland
Your ordinary Poland is interesting.
You do not need to be a guide, a spokesperson, or a perfect English speaker. If you are open to a respectful conversation, your point of view is enough.
What volunteering looks like
When the app launches, you will be able to sign up while you are in Poland, complete a brief automated English check, and choose the times when you may be available. The check is simply there to make sure a basic conversation will feel comfortable for both people.
When someone calls the public number, the system may select you only while you have marked yourself available. There is no script to follow. Talk about your town, the day you are having, food, work, music, language—or anything else that comes naturally.
What stays yours
Your phone number will never be shared with a caller. Calls are connected through the service, not by exchanging personal contact details. You can decide when you are available and you can end a call when you are ready.
